   Objective:
   – Clarify some issues of state management of labor mobility in ASEAN integration; The trend of labor mobility in tourism when MRA-TP is officially implemented in reality;
   – Propose orientations and solutions to state management of the tourism labor mobility in the process of ASEAN integration, contributing to the strategic orientation for the state management of tourism human resources and the development of human resources for tourism in Vietnam sustainably and integratedly.
Contents:
   – Systemize and clarify some concepts, impacts, factors affecting labor mobility, and some main contents of state management on labor mobility and labor mobility in ASEAN integration. (labor mobility under mutual recognition among ASEAN countries);
   – Provide an overview of the current situtation and the issues of state management of the tourism labour mobility in ASEAN integration and the tourism labour mobility under the MRA-TP agreement;
   – Predict the labor mobility trends between Vietnam and ASEAN countries by vocational groups recognized by each other;
   – Identify the viewpoints and the orientations involved in the tourism labor mobility in the process of ASEAN integration. Propose a number of solutions for state management to the tourism labor mobility in ASEAN integration in organizational management, policy formulation, human resource development, communication and international cooperation.
