Congratulatory note of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the 30th anniversary of Institute for Tourism Development Research (1988 – 2018)

    On behalf of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, I would like to send my best wishes to leaders, officials and staff of Institute for Tourism Development Research on the 30th anniversary of its establishment (1988-2018). 

   ITDR, as a implementation agency that carries out significant political tasks, with its constant effort, has been working in its principle and cooperation with teams of scientists for 30 years. By getting international experiences, science and technology application, nationwide and worldwide trend and researches, it has successfully accomplished important assignments by the Party and State.
   It’s the ITDR’s efforts and achievements in policy formulation, national and regional tourism master plans and strategy development, basic research results, and applied science and technology application over the past 30 years that firmly strengthen its position and role in utmost obviousness in Viet Nam tourism development.
   I sincerely believe that ITDR, as an agency has long-established and honorable tradition, solidarity of leaders, officials and employees, will inherit and promote the gained achievements, affirming its position, and continue to make its significant contribution to Viet Nam tourism industry to actually become a key economic sector of the country.
   My wish goes to you, the ITDR’s former and present leaders, officers and employees, and their families good health, happiness and great success.
